Our Cleaning Process
Upon arrival we will walk the property with either the homeowner or property manager to access areas that may need special attention.
Before starting the roof cleaning we will do a quick inspection of the roof to report any pre existing defects or damages to the roof.
-If anything out of the ordinary is found it will be brought to the clients attention before work begins.
Our team will then begin to start the property damage mitigation process which involves methods used to keep things safe from damage such as plants, grass, and any belonging that our solution could harm.
We will then clear the roof and gutters from any lose debris and start the soft wash process, this is where the real magic happens and your roof will begin to look as it did years ago!
Once the work is complete we will show before and after photos to the client and walk the property once more to ensure customer satisfaction.
